Nexunit ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-assisted property management software to landlords. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Nexunit is in private beta — this policy applies to that beta and will be updated before general availability.
Account information. Email, name, password (hashed), and Google profile data if you sign in with Google.
Property data you enter. Properties, units, tenants, leases, vendors, payments, and tickets you record in the dashboard.
Tenant communications. SMS, email, and web-portal messages exchanged with tenants through Nexunit, plus AI-generated drafts and replies.
Voice call records. Recordings, transcripts, and metadata for AI-placed vendor dispatch calls.
Usage data. Standard server logs, IP addresses, browser/device info, and product-usage events used to operate and improve the service.
To deliver the product: route tenant messages, classify intent, draft replies, dispatch vendors, track rent, and surface activity in your dashboard.
To operate the service: authentication, billing (post-beta), security, fraud prevention, and customer support.
To improve the service: aggregate, de-identified analytics. We do not sell your data or your tenants' data.
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the service:
We retain data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated property data by emailing support@nexunit.net; we'll process the request within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
You can access, correct, or export your data from the dashboard, or by contacting us. You can sign out at any time. If you sign in with Google, you can revoke access from your Google account settings.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is restricted by row-level security policies scoped per landlord. We follow standard practices but cannot guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password.

These terms govern your use of Nexunit during the private beta. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the service.
Nexunit is provided as a beta product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The service is offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on Nexunit for safety-critical decisions; for emergencies (fire, gas leak, medical), always contact local emergency services directly.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the properties you add.
You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable laws governing landlord/tenant communication, fair-housing, debt collection, and recording of phone calls in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of the data you enter (properties, tenants, messages, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Nexunit uses AI to classify tenant messages, draft replies, and place automated vendor calls. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested actions before they affect real-world outcomes, especially for emergencies, evictions, money movement, and contractual commitments.
Don't use Nexunit to: harass tenants, send spam, violate fair-housing laws, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, access accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with other users.
Nexunit charges a monthly subscription fee during beta. Current pricing is listed on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal.
You can stop using Nexunit at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in good faith, pose a risk to other users or the service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexunit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll notify you by email or in-product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

When a tenant message matches these rules the AI flags it for your review instead of auto-replying.
